Working Together

When we work together, you'll find an opportunity for open and honest dialogue to explore what's causing your distress. I'll help you identify how these stressors impact your life. Many clients come to me for support with significant life transitions, complicated family dynamics, relationship challenges, bereavement, or a desire to improve their overall mental and emotional well-being.

I believe that the therapeutic relationship we create is foundational. It is a space built on trust, where you're free to follow your instincts and be yourself, allowing our work to evolve uniquely. I strongly believe in our shared human capacity to gently shift away from destructive habits of thought like fear, shame, and regret, moving instead towards self-compassion, confidence, and a more loving connection with ourselves and others.

I believe that the success of psychotherapy depends largely on whom you choose as a therapist.

Practice Description

  • I work with individuals aged 18 and over. All sessions are 50 minutes long.

  • I offer both short-term counselling (typically 8 to 12 sessions) and longer-term therapeutic work, which we'll regularly review together. Before committing to extended therapy, I suggest an initial block of approximately six sessions. This allows you to experience my approach firsthand and decide if it is the right fit for you.

  • To ensure the most effective therapy, sessions are held weekly, at the same time on the same day. Maintaining this consistent and regular commitment is key to our work together.
