About Me

My name is Vincent (he/him), and I'm a qualified integrative counsellor. I earned my Diploma in Integrative Counselling from The Minster Centre, a highly regarded training institute. I'm committed to continued growth and am pursuing an MA in Integrative Psychotherapy with The Minster Centre and Middlesex University.

I am the founder of Therapy Centre East London, a vibrant hub for healing and growth in the heart of Shoreditch. Before starting my training, I've gained valuable experience supporting individuals to free themselves from compulsive sexual behaviours and work through other complex relationship difficulties. My earlier work involved providing direct support to individuals affected by or living with HIV at Positive East, a non-profit organisation. I had the privilege of leading workshops at Body & Soul Charity on sensitive topics such as dating with HIV and disclosure.

In addition to my clinical practice, I oversee Operations for Loving Men+, an organisation creating events and resources for gay, bi, and trans men—as well as non-binary people—to connect more deeply, explore intimacy, and strengthen community bonds.

Since 2015, I have also been on a transformative journey with conscious dance, an experience that has shaped my commitment to community, embodiment, and authentic connection. Most recently, I trained as a freedomDANCE facilitator, guiding a form of dance meditation that integrates movement and mindfulness to cultivate presence and authentic self-expression.

I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and adhere to their code of ethics.

I hold an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service Certificate and I am registered with Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). I collect, store and process information about my clients to enable me to run my practice and provide an ethical service to you.
