Located a few minutes walk from Shoreditch High Street station (3 min), Liverpool Street station (7 min), and Old Street station (12 min).
Fees
My session fees range from £70 to £85, depending on your income and the time of day.
I offer a free 20-minute telephone conversation during which we can briefly discuss your needs and you can ask any initial questions.
I also reserve a limited number of lower-cost sessions for those on reduced incomes. Please use my sliding scale and inform me about your needs when you make your initial inquiry.
Getting started
After you contact me, we'll arrange an initial introductory session. This is a chance for us to discuss what brings you to therapy, what you hope to explore, and your expectations.
The next step is an initial assessment so you can experience what it's like to be in a session with me, whether that's in person or online. You are not obligated to continue beyond this first meeting; it's simply a space to connect and decide if we're the right match for your therapeutic journey.
